LUX Beauty Bank is more flexible—your monthly fee is banked as credit you can use toward facials, hair services or retail, with 10% off retail and add-ons. VIP is for consistent treatment; Beauty Bank is for flexibility.

Lux VIP Face Membership

Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility:
* Must be 18 years of age or older to enroll.
* A valid photo ID may be required at time of service to confirm identity and protect against membership misuse or fraud.

Membership Billing & Auto-Renewal:
* Membership fee is $145/month, billed automatically on either the 1st or 15th of each month (“monthly due date”).
* A valid credit card and email address are required to participate. Your card will be securely stored on file and charged monthly on your selected due date.
* Memberships auto-renew on a month-to-month basis after the initial 6-month commitment, unless canceled in writing before the 20th of the month.
* No initiation fees.

Membership Benefits:
* One Lux Custom Facial per month (or equivalent membership treatment).
* 10% off all retail purchases.
* 15% off facial enhancements.
* Access to exclusive discounted rates on all facial services.

Rollover Policy:
* Unused monthly facial credits may roll over for up to 60 days from their original issue date.
* After 60 days, any unused treatment credit will expire and may not be redeemed.

Freeze Policy:
* You may freeze your membership once per 12-month period for up to 60 days.
* Freeze requests must be submitted in writing before the 20th of the month prior to the freeze taking effect.

Cancellation Policy:
* A 6-month minimum commitment is required.
* After the initial 6 months, you may cancel at any time by submitting your request via email-us or Call-us before the 20th of the month to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
* Early termination before the 6-month expiration will result in a $100 cancellation fee.
* Upon early cancellation, any unused credits (including rollover credits) will immediately expire and become non-redeemable.

Appointment Policy:
* We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
* Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows will be considered a used facial credit.
* Properly canceled appointments may be rescheduled at no penalty.

Refunds & Value Policy:
* Memberships, credits, and services have no cash value and are non-refundable.
* Memberships, benefits, and add-ons are non-transferable.
* If a member chooses a service of lesser value, no credit or refund will be issued for the difference.
* If a higher-value service is selected, the price difference must be paid at the time of service.

Chargeback & Payment Disputes:
* By enrolling, you authorize Lux House of Beauty to charge your card monthly.
* You agree not to dispute recurring charges with your credit card provider as long as they align with this agreement.
* In the event of a chargeback or failed payment, Lux House of Beauty reserves the right to recover the balance owed and suspend or terminate your membership.

Policy Changes & Restrictions:
* Lux House of Beauty reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Lux VIP Membership Program at any time. Members will receive at least 30 days’ advance written notice of any changes to pricing, benefits, or terms.
* Membership discounts, rates, or fees cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless explicitly stated.

Right to Refuse or Cancel Membership:
* Lux House of Beauty reserves the right to review, deny, suspend, or cancel your membership at any time if the terms of this agreement are violated or for any behavior that conflicts with spa policies or staff safety.

Consent:
* By enrolling in the Lux VIP Facial Membership Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions above.

Beauty Bank Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility:
* Must be 18 years of age or older to enroll.
* A valid photo ID may be required at time of service to confirm identity and protect against membership misuse or fraud.

* Membership fee is $99/month, billed automatically on either the 1st or 15th of each month (“monthly due date”).
* 100% of your monthly fee is banked as a credit to use toward eligible products and services at Lux House of Beauty.
* A valid credit card and email address are required to participate. Your card will be securely stored on file and charged monthly on your selected due date.
* A 6-month minimum commitment is required. After 6 months, your membership will continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled.
* There is no initiation fee.

Use of Banked Funds:

* If the total cost of a service or product exceeds your banked balance, the remaining balance will be due at the time of service.
